CONTACT AND SHIPPING
Our usual policy is to special order any gun you may require
and we take a marginal 15% over dealer wholesale for our services. We
also will clear firearms transfers within Nevada and handle the FFL paperwork
for a $50 fee per transfer. Please let us know of any special request
you may have and we will obtain the firearm for you ASAP.
All Federal Laws and Regulations are strictly followed. Modern Firearm
Transfers are handled only FFL to FFL, unless you are a Nevada Resident.
Antique Firearms, manufactured before 1898 are Federally exempt from Federal
Firearms Restrictions.
All shipping is via UPS, FEDEX, or US Postal Service Priority at customers expense…only actual shipping charges are added to the price of the firearm. Payment may be in the form of Money Order, Bank Draft, Personal Check (allowing 14 days to clear before shipping), Mastercard and Visa accepted. We assume no liability for the safety or handling of any firearm we sell after transfer to the customer is complete. All shipments of firearms are Insured with Delivery Confirmation. All shipments of firearms must be in compliance with ATF regulations and statutes. Please contact us for any questions regarding ordering, shipping, payment, or to discuss how we can enhance your collection.Sales Tax Will Apply on All Nevada Sales and may apply to some States per State Tax Codes.
All guns are sold with a 3 day inspection period; as long
as the gun is not fired, altered, disassembled or tampered with, and returned
in the same condition it was shipped, a refund will be granted; Buyer
is responsible for ALL shipping charges regardless.
